Simon Harvey — Director
Simon has over 15 years’ experience delivering mixed-use, residential, and industrial developments in the UK and Canada. He has held senior roles with Vengrove, Hungerford Properties, and Battersea Power Station Development Company, leading projects with a combined GDV exceeding £2 billion.
Simon’s expertise spans strategic advisory, stakeholder negotiation, and the full life cycle delivery of complex, high-value developments.
